There’s a lot of cafes throughout Seoul. Some popular ones I know of are cat or dog cafes where you pay an entry fee, get a complementary drink and play with cats or dogs. There’s also one called Dr. Fish where you can dunk your feet in a small pool of water with fish that nibble on your dead skin.
Another famous cafe is the Hello Kitty cafe that’s heavily themed on the character. And overall there’s general cafes like Starbucks or Tom Toms or De Chocolate and so on.
It’s best to find any tourist office in Seoul and see what brochures they have. There’s a whole bunch of websites that highlight tourist activities and locations:
